The House of Gordon, Virginia received the BEST CLAN TENT Award at the Potomac Celtic Festival in Leesburg, VA on June 9, 2007. Our Wall of Honor and Time line wall were huge hits at the festival. We had much interest on the various branches of the Gordon Clan around the world, especially the Russian Branch and had one lady who discovered her Scottish roots via Russia at our tent that day!
We were blessed to have three young men volunteer their time to assist us with tent set-up, take-down and more. Thanks to Jake Kite, Aaron Todd, & William San Soucie for all their help! Thanks especially to Aaron Todd whose piping brought many visitors to the tent!
