Fresh Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is a plant that has been commonly used for centuries as an aid to skin and health care. It is also usually used in the kitchen to heal minor cuts. In addition to healing wounds, aloe vera has also been used as an anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant, and antimicrobial component.

You can use the clear gel from the aloe vera leaves to soothe your itchy and irritated skin. Wash and dry the area with rashes first before using the gel to get maximum absorption.
